I had no idea that I was so popular that everyone would know me.

If you need to tell me something you don't want others to know just call.

Hi E,

It's Pete from your Delta class. Glad to see the corporate gig is still working out for you.

G4G5--You were in class with E??? I'm surprised you didn't need a liver transplant! Happy New Year!

John C. Holmes--Welcome. Keep plugging away. Maybe this business will get squared away by the time you get on the merry-go-round. TC

Where are you now?

Hi Tim,

What are you doing these days? Your avitar suggests you are now flying corporate. Are you flying out of VHP?

I think at least 5 ex-TWA guys are now flying 747s for a new startup called FOCUS Air. Don't know their names, however.

I'll PM you the 3 names I know.

Those guys were at TMA

and went down with the ship, again. Now have moved to Focus. I wish them the best of luck.

Steve Di--How's it going? I'm lucky to be flying out of IND--driving to work is a great concept! I got lucky when I got laid off. A friend was working for this corporate outift (CAL refugee--before things got better) and they had an opening. It's been a slow transition but I'm coming around. Had some help from G4G5 (one of the few Natives junior to me! ;) ) and some others here.

Where are you? Did I hear you went to JB? Hope things are going well with you. Take care.TC

So is this where we're going to chat now that TWApilots.com is shutting down?

There's a ton of us over at AirTran right now. Hopefully we aren't messing it up for the rest of the TWA'ers. I think we've got a pretty good rep still.

Two things about TWA...

We had the coolest, most professional group of pilots in the industry..

And we had the coolest paint job.....

Hi Ya'll
Baby TWA checking in. Was a TW F/A now a RJ FO

I miss everyone, we were the best of the best

Cool Paint Indeed!!

I agree! TWA's latest paint scheme was the best in the industry. The only paint that comes close to TWA's is USA3000. I still make a double take whenever I see one of their aircraft because it is so similar to our's (TWA's).

Tim,

Yes I did end up at JetBlue. I started at the end of November, and should be done with training on January 13th.

Take care,

Steve Di.

P.S.
If you ever thought the MD80 was messed up, you should take a look at the Airbus!!

There are almost two dozen of us at CitationShares.

Steve Di.- What's up? What was your class date at JB? Were you with Bill D. ?

X

Yes

My class date was November 30th. Bill Dowling is also in this class, we are both learning the Airbus.

This was the biggest new hire class in JB's history. There is a total of 50 pilots in this one. The incoming class, which started today, is only 20 pilots.

Hope the seniority is determined by age.

Not that you're old or anything... ;) TC

It Pays To Be Older

Yes it is determined by age and the TWA guys are in the top of the class. With me being the oldest guy in the class I ended up being the number one guy!
