Any thoughts on additional bases at FL?

I know for years the rumor of a MCO or BWI base has been floating around. Any mention lately? Today we announced service to Burlington, Vt. 3 flight a day to BWI. Also we announced new transcon flights from BWI starting in May. I've heard that by the end of 2010 Fornaro has mentioned up to 100 departures out of BWI/day. I'm hoping for a BWI base!

When I started here about 7 years ago we had someone come into our new-hire class and circle Pittsburgh and Philadelphia on a map. They said," One of these two cities will be our next crew base. Well we all know where that went. Also there was a recent article in the BWI paper saying Airtran cannot really grow to much in the city because of the old bag system that can only handle 1,500 bags an hour. It is my belief that you will not see a crew base in MCO or BWI until the pilot contract is resolved.
