Paying to post a resume is just, no good.

I post on JSFirm.com
No luck yet, but it's free.

If you do a search on this forum, you will see A) Not many people have luck with these pay-to-post sites and B) Not many people smile or talk about them much.

Best bet, Spend a few hours at an FBO (Many will tell you this on here).
