I don't know if they still fly into there or not but it seemd that when I worked for Corporate Air (Billings,Mt) they (we) were always looking for a caravan driver.

Keep an eye on the UND aviation website sometimes they have a good job or two. Some are in Grand Forks but a lot are all around the US. Some of the jobs require that you are a graduate, but not all.
