Any hiring updates with UAL?

Wondering if any off-the-street hires have been contacted by UAL in the last couple of weeks. Anyone from the ATL job fair have any news/updates? Just curious.

No nothing yet!

400 hiring now which are ual hired but not trained, or hired in a pool. CAL has some from a pool also. If unable to find enough returns to fill slots they will hire off the street, possibly first quarter, or so. It all depends on current contract negoiations. If contract passes, hiring will stop as recalls will bring all furloughs back. Off street will start after that. What I was told last week. Good Luck.

One of hour guys just got the call for a Nov class!! He was in a pool since 08 but I can't tell you if the pool was UA or CO
