The latest I read was that the new buyer didn't get everything in order fast enough and the certificate has been revoked by the FAA. Too bad, it seemed like nice news to those of us who have had a pretty ugly couple of years.

The poster did not cite a source, just said that the company did not act fast enough and the certificate was revoked by the FAA. It makes sense, I thought it was 60 days from shut down that it was revoked. EOI shut down late August, can't remember the date, but I think the sale went through around Halloween. It might have been just over 60 days.
