Any current piedmont employees out there?

If so can you give me some info about scheduling, expecially for new F/O in either Roanoke, new bern, and/or charlottesville.

I would like to know how the scheduling works etc.. the days and times and stuff like that.

Thanks in advance

If you are looking for an airline with predictable schedules... This ain't it.

The general rule is... There ARE NO RULES! When you are junior, the only thing you can take to the bank is being off 10 days a month. There is no predictability as to when you will work or where you will go. None whatsoever.

Once you get some seniority, days off vary from 12 in some bases to up to 17 in others (LGA seems to have the most days off right now).

If you are a new pilot you will be straight reserve in CHO or EWN. Ten days off, and right now, and for the foreseeable future, they will work you a$$ off. Get to know you're contract. Schedulers know new hires either don't know their rights or are afraid to enforce them.

Get to know [your] contract. Schedulers know new hires either don't know their rights or are afraid to enforce them.

Very true. Your captains have been there a while, if crew sched tries something with you, ask someone in the crewroom if its legit. Crew sched will try to violate the contract (this is not unique to Piedmont), and it your right and obligation to call them on it.
