Try Fedex. They have a flight to Vericopas (Brasil, near Rio de Janeiro) and a few years back Mountain Air cargo flew to BA from there. From MIA there is very little cargo traffic to BA

Fedex flies to Campinas and then Mountain Air takes the BA route with ATR's. Sorry no jumpseating with the Mountain yet.

Sorry no jumpseating with the Mountain yet.

More like, "sorry, no jumpseating with the Mountain... EVER"

You could take Polar to VCP and then commercial it do BsAs on Tam or Aerolinas Argentinas, but I don't know how much that costs. Lot cheaper than paying for a ticket from CONUS, I'd bet.

Polar is awesome to jump on- always my first (well, only) choice when I was freight-doggin it, but always excellent.

(My advice, dump the Argentine and get yourself a Brazilian... you'll thank yourself later!)

Have you tried UPS? They have a flight going there nightly, but I don't know their jumpseat policy. Prolly your best bet.

Good luck- Buenos Aires is a spectacular city, and I miss it much!

Maybe I should get down there while they're still enjoying their summer?
I was there once years ago in July and it was pretty cold.

Atlas Air

AirTran pilot looking to catch a ride to Buenos Aires next week....most of pax carriers are full and I haven't been able to find a freighter going that way. Thanks in advance for any info.

RexKramer,

We've got a flight scheduled to EZE tomorrow @ 1400z, space is still available! There is a SCL trip tomorrow, and VCP on the 18th.

Good Luck!
