I've not seen any other than the W&B that netjets and flight options use, although I keep looking.
I have written a small app that allows you to send email and get metar's, taf's, notams, and airport information, and I'm working on one that allows you to file a flight plan via email, but it's not ready for public release yet.
You can get metars and tafs by sending email to [email protected] or tafs to [email protected]

There is a co. out there that wrote them for NetJets. Cingular has a partnership with that co. and they may be writing stuff for Cingular that's available to their customers.
We are writing our own stuff internally. If you don't have a lot of money, the only way to do it is write them yourself. The Cingular rep told us that you can use Java, or another version of Java, to write the programs. Getting them into the BlackBerry itself, and into all the BBs in your organization is trickier.
