If I were you I would give EK a shot if you are planning on 3+ years in the middle east.

Will Emirates hire people from FlyDubai or do they have some agreement to not hire each others employees?
 
Guys:

No one has left FlyDubai for Emirates. Apparently, there is some sort of fence between the companies. Rumor is two years. Seems to be common over here. There are similar blockades with other companies...Qatar and Etihad. I think when the fence is removed a number of our guys would jump at the opportunity. We have 40 or so applicants with Etihad.

What's the schedule like? I've heard all out/backs. Day and night, but home every night (or day). What's the min days off per month? Do you use paper line bidding or PBS?
