I didn't get it. Didn't get past the phone interview. Mostly hr questions and backround experience. No international time, type rating, or corporate experience a big negative. It's a great company and I'll keep trying! Might go back to cargo to get international time, maybe get a type on the way!

LJ45 was right.....continue to stick with it. Keep contacting them once every 2months or so to keep the lines of communication open. If I got nickel for everytime I didnt get a job, I wouldnt need a job. Hang in there-

Good advice. I have hired about 30 pilots over the years at a couple of small '135 outfits and corporate flight departments, and several of the best guys I ever flew with were hired because they figgered out exactly how to bug me without bugging me. Stopped by the hangar for coffee or shot me an e-mail or a call every month or two.
As for how to act at the interview, that question reminds me of an old Steve Martin routine:
How you can make a million dollars and never pay taxes:
1st, get a million dollars. Then...
Getting to the interview stage is the hard part. Good Luck.
