Go to bed at your normal time, whatever ungodly hour that may be. Then set an alarm to and get out of bed around 9 AM, and stay busy. Whatever you do that day, stay off your butt and off the couch, so no movie theater, no vegging in front of the TV. Go to the mall, Home Depot, whatever, just keep moving and stay awake.

Then around 6 or 7 PM, pop a couple Tylenol PM and rack out for about 12 hours. Don't set an alarm, just sleep until your body is ready to be awake. And welcome to the land of the living.

Good frikin luck.

Took me a year to switch back to normal.

There is something seriously wrong when you see the sun RISING, and you think, hey, it's bedtime!
