I think there may be another USAPIAN recall in the works. Susie was being warned by Mowrey that her charges against Cleary are frivolous. Her response is a classic.

I see you are correct in getting away with violations under A.2 and A.5 like the President and Secretary Treasurer. I apologize in my oversight. I will amend my position to included you in the same manner as President Mike Cleary.
All BPR and Officers, please note my change in petition. I request Vice President Randy Mowrey to be recalled under Article III, Section 9, for violations of Article VI, Sections A.2 and A.5 for the same reasons as stated for President Mike Cleary.
The validity of your assertions that you were not involved, did not advocate, or knowingly promote the cancelation of the appearance of EVP Gary Hummel and Secretary Treasurer Rob Streble at our PHX Domicile meeting are meant to be vetted before the BPR during the process outlined in the USAPA Constitution Article III, Section 9, A. 1. Additionally your charges of my conduct will first be considered by my Domicile Officers as set forth in Article VI, A.1. You are not the authority to determine whether I have prosecuted charges in bad faith, or whether they are factually and legally frivolous.
I will be filing charges with the DOL if you consider the retaliation you propose under Article VI, Section 4.1. I have copied the DOL investigator, Thomas Hayes, on this email. I will be forwarding to him the email which elicited this response from you. It is my right and responsibility to attempt to remedy the situation through the union before approaching them which is what I have done.
Please be reminded that I have a long standing and very well publicized policy about "confidential emails." I will remind you that I don't consider emails sent to me to be confidential and will not abide by confidentiality statements attached to them. I have nothing to hide and such statements are not legally binding, particularly after they have been expressly rejected by the recipients in past communication.
