Back in the early/mid 50's a crash a week was a good thing.

My grandfather was a FE in MATS at the time. His wing lost 4 airplanes in the span of a week in 1956.

Looking from the pics it either happened on landing of T/O. Dual sortie what it appears like.

SIG 600, mine too? Having flown the -38 back when it was new and the ejection seat was not useful in the pattern I could see guys staying in. But now, WHY?
