I do have to say one thing, I have noticed that there are a lot of miserable, or miserable sounding chaps on this board... Or any aviation board for that matter.. My advice is to get out if you are that miserable...I mean, in my previous career, I was miserable, the money was excellent but the hours and the job sucked...What did I do, i decided to make a career change and get out...I did the standard bitching for years about the job, and its funny cause when your in the job and you hear people from the outside looking in with shiny eyes, its definetly great fun to make light of them cause "We know" what its really like.. But in the end all you/I looked like was a disgruntled F'ck whom no one wanted to be around..But there were people who loved the job and stayed, sure everyone bitches from time to time, but its always a bad situation all the way around when someone immediatley starts to try and turn a new, shiny eyed hire into a disgruntled F'ck...with the classic line of, oh you can tell he's new, but he'll learn.. Well, maybe its not for everyone, but lets at least let them make up their own minds. Were all grown ups here, and trust me there are far, far more dangerous, stressfull, taxiing jobs then flying a jet...Believe me, i know...Just my .02 cents worth..
