Company team player who lives to fly
anywhere, anyplace. Great pilots who keep their ships spotless and ready for the next trip at all times. Must front training costs. Will be reimbursed upon completeion of employment contract. Experienc desirable, but can train the right individual. 2000 hours minimal for
Captain, 1000 hours minimal for co-pilot. Email descriptive essay and picture to [email protected]

I don't need to say anything, do I? By the way, this is a real ad.

where the heck did you find this?! So, is this CitationLearjet one aircraft or two?

We should all make sure Rhoid gets this information. When he finishes the academy and doesn't get that comair or asa job, he's going to need a good job like this one!

Is vaseline/KY included or is it re-imburesed upon completetion of duties?

essay and picture, hahahah this is rich. this place must really be a scum*bag op. I cant bvelieve what these charter places expect for 19k a year.

Ad should read
Looking for retired runway model, that desires to be over worked and be under paid, ohh yeah must have a type rating, a zillion hours in type, current and sign a 16 year training contract, must relocate to Manitoba and commute by dogsled through a blizzard to pre-flight the citationlearjet at 3am. Applicant also must be willing to sacrifice one testicle at the chief pilots request throughout the term of employment.

Folks -- post the name of this joint!

Job-searchers need to know where to avoid!!

2000 hour captain in a jet?? I agree the citation is pretty simple systems-wise and flies like a 172 - but still....Insurance?? maybe they have a $25 liability policy.
And another thing --- $125 a day??
Good grief. Where could this job possibly be based at?
CueBoat is on the right track I think

If this is the same Corpjet that was operating Metros to fly the financial times around, they are scum.

The owner is Iranian and uses the airplanes to ferry his family around also. We kicked one off of our ramp because it leaked fuel so bad we had to replace a part of the asphalt. He paid the guy flying it well, but worked him half to death.

But as always, they probably have a pile of resume's and pictures from desperate wide eyed cfi's all fighting for the same crappy job because the engines burn kerosene.

How about I send 'em a picture of my hairy white a$$!

Hmm, this was exactly what I thought when I first read it.

We must be pilots...

I think it's one of those fancy new hybrid models, like what Toyota and Honda are doing these days.
