Up to $10.23 now...wow, hey dont forget the .25 cents an hour for the Dx license! I just laughed at the AE HR Gal when she offered me that interview...I told her that this pay was criminal....

And how long is that contract good till????

There's a thread regarding this over at eaglelounge.com.
Apparently, the dispatchers have been without a contract for a few years. The company reduced 'its' previous payrate offer during the latest round. The clicker is supposed to represent something to get under the skin of mgmnt or something like that.
