...agreed. And on that note, have you considered Frisco? More specifically on the backside of Lake Lewisville is a little neighborhood called Saratoga. It has terrific schools and is secluded from everything as it backs to Corps of Engineer property that cannot be built on. You can get to either DAL, ADS, of DFW in ~30 minutes. I happen to know of a 2500 square foot house with 2 car attached on 1/2 acre with a saltwater swimming pool/hot tub for sale for 215k...and I can get you a discount on the comissions.

Thanks kingairyahoo. 215K is a stretch until I upgrade. 125-150K will be the price range for now.

Did you fly the hookers? I'm an ex-67U (MX) myself. I always loved the sound of those birds.
