another cs question

Do you have a reserve at CS? Meaning, can you get some days off because they don't need you. Or do you normally work for 7 days straight?

Normally work 7 days strait. Every once in a while you might get called in a couple days late or get to go home early (more rare). I've even heard of guys not getting called in for the whole week. We don't really have reserve, but you have to stay available for your 7 days-on even if you don't get called out the first day. Luck of the draw.

Do most people like the 7/7 schedule.It seems lots of companies not just fractionals use.
