ANG upt candidate/eye preservation

I'm still a year away from going to UPT and I'm a little concerned about my eyes. I passed the initial flight physical, but I read a TON, sit in front of a computer all day, etc, etc and so I'm worried about my eyes deteriorating. Since a pilot's eyes are his career, I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions that they've learned on how to take care of your eyes? Vitamins, techniques, certain foods, good web sites to visit, etc? Any info and/or advise would be great!
