I concur. Wantscheck is a great resource. Most of their gouge on package due dates and such is pretty accurate.

My unit just got done selecting applicants for the upcoming interviews, so they're out for another year or so.

Keep in mind that this is a lengthy process. You've got to be in it for the long haul. I got selected 6 months ago, got medically signed off two months ago, and am hearing I'm looking at another year or more before going to UPT. Most fighter units seem to be hiring two fiscal years out. The dude who got hired in 05 is just getting ready to go right now.

Go for it. Start hitting up units and if you want it bad enough you'll get it.
