Aviation Continuation Pay is monthly flight pay that all aviators get. It starts the day they put you on flight status at undergraduate flying training, and goes up based on years flying until a certain point where it goes down because you are supposed to be leading and sitting behind a desk and not flying.
ANG/AFRC guys get their money prorated for a days pay. So if you work a day, you get 1/30th of what an active duty person gets. That is way oversimplified but that suffices for this forum.
Bonus money is what you get after your commitment is complete to stay in. Only active duty people including full time AGRs in the ANG/Reserve but not full time Air Reserve Technicians and not part time traditional reserve pilots get bonuses.
Active duty gets tuition assistance to do stuff while on active duty, but it adds to your commitment. GI Bill is available to some people on active duty, guard and reserve depending on commissioning source, scholarship status, etc... and it can be used to pay for flight training.
