Wasn't it in the Process Agreement, signed by GK and SWAPA? Your next offer to the Airtran guys had better be a lot better. That's probably what you meant, you are being positive and hoping SWAPA does the fair thing, isn't that right? Good for you! Ok, no arbitration then.....

Oh, you also forgot airplane orders, DCA entry, more LGA slots, international routes and authorities, and getting rid of a competitor, besides gaining ATL. Yeah, it may be more fair than you think.

They came in 75% below where they should have been.

Is 3 BIL a guarantee? There are no guarantees in this business. The big $ can be here today gone tomorrow. If you like I would take 2 MIL after taxes and be out.
