I'll have to agree about BIL being a "less than desirable" base to work at for AMF. The ops manager up there will ask you to bend, and on some occasions ignore FARs in order to get the work through. Or, I should say, has done so in the past. I worked for AMF for about 4 years, and over all, it was a great place to develop my skillz! You just have to know when to say when. Bottom line, you have to answer for your decisions. No matter where you work.
