Have any of you heard any new info on the 99 that crashed in butte? My friend was one of the ones on that flight. Thanks.

There was two pilots(capt and FO) on board an airplane that is normaly flown single pilot. I would find it hard to believe that reduced rest would be the cause.

See how likely you are to get any useful information on Flightinfo? Try a different site that exists to inform, inspire and educate instead of one that flames, bashes, and is generally just one big negative sandbox.

There are MANY accidents in the world of aviation that have both Captain and First Officer aboard that are directly related to fatigue.

The fact that the aircraft is certified for single-pilot ops does not indicate a reduced workload for the pilot(s), it represents a compromise between the operators, manufacturer, and the FAA...

Do a search and you'll find the answer.
