Last I checked, they paid California minumum wage for training time after indoctrination. That was a couple years ago, has anything changed?

So you can make a decent living there if you're starting out?

You will make more than an FO at a regional and you'll be logging PIC time.

Also, time builder is correct about the min wage during training.

To be PIC multi they just want 135 mins? What times are they looking for to upgrade to twin turbine. Merline ect.?

From climbto350:
Metro/BE19000: 750 to 1000 MEL, some turbine
BE99: 1500 to 1800TT, 250-350 MEL (PIC)
Chieftain:1400TT, 50-150 MEL (PIC) preferred, Part 135 mins required.

They don't fly the Lance anymore, so the Chieftain is now the initial position.
