Jumpseating to the island is nearly impossible due to very limited jumpseat agreements at AMF. I normally have to buy a ticket every month to get to my Guard job. I got hired straight into SJU and I've seen a few since me that were too.
 
AMF is CASS, but doesn't have reciprocal agreements with any carriers besides Southwest. Some other carriers let us ride, like Horizon and many in the Caribbean, but we have no formal agreement.
