Good ol' Wilbarger County! Can't say I've ever been there, but that run is legend in the AMF system!

Suckered into it? Hmmm... Not necessarily. Being back in the south (does Texas count?) and near the beach is sorta like being back home in Florida. Am I missing something? Is it that bad of a run?!

Don't let him snow you. It's a LOVERLY run. Scantily clad women meet you at both ends (of the run; don't get your mind THAT far in the gutter.) Five star hotel for the layover. UPS makes sure that run NEVER gets out late. The UPS supervisor in SAT is the MOST helpful gal there ever was.

LOL... Word! Sounds like a winner to me. Can't be worse than Vernan!

Wanna bet?

No offense to inthebuffdriver, I know he loves his job, but the Hoeliday Inn in CRP is a peach. Convenient too, hell you only have to walk one block to find a mexican hooker. Oh, and this IS the best hotel in town. Toni the shuttle driver has a very sunny disposition too, loves to talk, hell you can't shut him up. Just ask Dirty Beech, he'll tell ya.

Seriously though, I have had one room that had mold all along one wall. They got mad when I asked to be moved, like I put the mold there or was too picky or something. Don't eat at the restaraunt in the parking lot...I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTARAUNT IN THE PARKING LOT. If you have any problems talk to Linda. She is kind of an assistant manager type and really the only one that is willing to go out of her way to help you. Also, you would be well off to get the shuttle to take you to H-E-B to get some grocieries. The hotel restaraunt (the one inside the building) is not bad, but it is pricey. And forget about going to the beach unless you rent a car. The shuttle won't go that far and a cab ride is $40 each way.

Yeah, DirtyBeech says that you have to pay him off with one dollar bills in order to make him shut up... Greaatttt! Just what I need, all my TDY money going to pay the shuttle driver, cheap hookers, and groceries! LOL.

Might just rent a car, who knows. Don't even know if I'm going yet either, as far as I know the AmeriTel Inn in IDA is gonna be home next week too!

On of these days, I will be able to put a voice or a face with all these names!!

If you come to BUR I make sure you get to know the meaning of MTOW. Unless you fly a Heavy SA227 like 807M!
