Hey guys

Anyone know what kind of equipment Ameriflight is running out of CVG and DFW? I used to work there when we crewed about ten to twelve Metro's in CVG. Also helped with start up in DAL and SAT. I heard both operations have shrunk significantly due to poor customer service.

you heard wrong. CVG is running an e120 and a couple of metros right now, and was downsized due to dhl/abx's feeder reorganization. a lot of feeders took it in the shorts on that one, not just amf. as for DFW we have 3 e120's doing the west texas cities, 5 metros (4 reserve and 1 on a dhl run), 1 e120 reserve, 1 1900, 1 99, and 3 pa31 runs. the only downsizing that has happened lately in dallas is from the elimination of bank runs which everyone knew was coming.

When were you there? I was in CVG mid '98 to late '99. If you were there at the same time, PM me...we need to catch up.
