Its a standard interview, no surprises. 135 and 91 regs. Typical HR questions. Know the type of plane you are currently flying. If you are interviewing in person it will probably be 45 mins with chief pilot, h.r. person and an assistant chief pilot, followed by a tour of the building and the aircraft.

Current hiring mins are 1500/500, dont know what upgrade mins are but some have been doing it in as little as 8 months.

FO mins are now 2000/1000 and captian mins are 3000/1000 with 1000 jet. Realistic upgrade time for a person hired as an FO would be 12-18 months.
