There seems to be a lot of Ameristar planes on the IFL ramp lately.
Anyone know the reason? Hopefully it's because business is good.

They're just dropping off in PTK and they're parking on our ramp. They also have had their -9's and 73's on the terminal ramp when there's not enough room.

Must just be their Falcons over there, we never used to let the 9's come on the ramp when I worked at IFL. We've been turning away alot of 9's since our ramp srunk due to some new fences that where put up.

I have seen the DA-20's and the 737 on the ramp and over by the tower.
I was just hoping Ameristar wasn't selling planes or anything.

Sounds like positive news.

IFL has been an easy drop off point for inbound freight in PTK. As for the 74's I saw the manuals being reviewed by one of the DO's yesterday. Pretty soon you'll see one on the ramp in ADS.

Oh who am I kiddin they'll have to stay on the runway!!!

My guess would be lot's of freight into and out of PTK as of late. We had two -20's on our ramp the other day (Royal). They seemed to be there for a day or so.
