It really is a J-Off outfit. Look at their "payscale" ( If you can even call it that ) .
If my choice was unemployment or Amerijet I would choose unemployment.
If I was told to get 500 hours of jet time to get a good job, and Amerijet was an option to do so...I would pass.
If my wife threatened to leave with my newborn son because I was unemployed and refused to take a job with Amerijet I would have to conclude that she really didn't care about me at all, say "good-bye", and file for divorce.
But, that's just me.
Call me crazy but, don't ever accuse me of a lack of Standards.
