The SIC thing wouldn't be a problem because you'ld go through our full training program and a check ride anyway that would remove the restriction.

I think it was said earlier, but about the only way you'll get hired direct to a 1900 would be to go to San Juan. Most of the others are too easily filled from within. But you could hire in with a BE99 or even PA31 and then bid a 1900 line. There's nothing in company policy that says you have to go from a PA31 to a BE99 THEN a metro or 1900. You just have to have the flight time minimums. Get your foot in the door then go for what you want.
