The company holds the PRIA over your head to deter you from leaving prior to your commitment date.

I've also heard through the grapevine they're going after (monetarily) a couple CVG guys who left before their Metro commitment was up. The training agreement you have to sign before turbine training basically says if you break it you are subject to punitive and/or disciplinary actions as the company sees fit. It doesn't say they WILLcome after your wallet, but it doesn't say they won't either.
