No per diem on most schedules. Typically to get per diem, you must be sent TDY.
Ameriflight is very tight (trying to be polite) with their money. Some times you have to fight to get what is rightfully yours, and I'm talking about regular pay. I've heard many people complain about not getting paid what they should. Just remember Ameriflgiht is a 135 opperator, ie. if you stick your hand in a lions mouth, don't complain when he bights its off.
If you get hired, get your 1000 PIC turbine, maybe a type if you want it and move on.
