Hi,

Just curious if anyone here has taken their case to the ADA after loosing their flight medical?
Is this even possible?
Is the pilot profession exempt from coverage under ADA?

Any insight?

Thanks

I know there is a paraplegic charter pilot in California. Not only that, but he was the first such pilot to receive his ATP post-injury.
