I spoke with this company sometime last year, here is what I remember-
*You are paid a base salary and then hourly so if you aren't flying you won't make as much as you can if you are flying all the time.
*You are on call 24/7, if you want days off they have to be requested in advance.
* They fly a lot of air ambulance work when it's busy....there is an off season supposedly, and it can get slow then.Not too much charter.
* They are based out of a hangar, but plan to move soon into a better office if they haven't already.
*They have an in-house training program.
