A friend of mine wants to apply at AE.
He exceeds the requirements by far but doesnt have a current flying job and has not flown 500 hrs in the last 12 months. are those hard requirements?

tell him to apply anyways, go to a job fair if there is one coming up in the area. It doesnt hurt to apply and keep your app updated!

As stated previously: the same for most regionals; breathing and a pulse, with no felony convictions (DUIs fine).

800/100 no exceptions. 500/100 if you are part of a bridge program, and go through the jet transition course, no exceptions. Eagle is desperate for pilots, but their minimums are their mins, they do not flex on them.
