If hired into the ERJ, can you upgrade to the Captain on a Turbo prop? Is there a seat lock before you could bid Captain on the ERJ?

yes you can become a captain on a turbo prop from the Jet but I think once you make the move you have to stay for at least a year.

Yes there is a seat lock, but seriously do you know what is going on at Eagle right now? Is this question a joke?

Ill bite - Once in a jet you cannot move to another airframe till captain and we have 8+ year fo's that are not in the right seat by choice.
