I was going through a gouge on Amercian Eagle and found this part , can somebody please expand on this.
" One big big note of caution, however. If you are a Legal Resident, but not a US citizen, they will keep your file open for "a later date". American Eagle does not have the TSA's FTCCP process in place. Given the documents that you receive from them, including those they give you at the interview, you will see that this practice is highly questionable. Your interview is not the time to get upset about this. If you are not a US citizen, make sure you complete as much of the interview as possible and make sure they really want to hire you (they do, they are great guys!) don't just walk out, you'll have no recourse then.
