Go with Eagle. Fact is that 121 PIC is more desirable to the majors than 135 PIC is.

121 PIC AT WHERE????? EAGLE??!?!?!?! Get your head out of your a$$....
121 PIC, what a joke. After what? 8 years?!?!?! Go build PIC time where ever you can get it. If you can go fly a beech 1900 for a 135 operatior, and build PIC then do that. PIC time is PIC time, no one gives a sh*t about 121 time. You know who care more about 121 time? 121 guys.

Personally after doing both, i have more respect for 135 PIC guys. They have to do more, file their flight plans, deal with pax more, do their own weight and balance and all that. 121 guys pretty much show up and close the door.

I don't know about you, but that's what I've worked so hard for, to be able to show up and close the door.

It really depends on where you want to end up long-term.

PIC time is good, but after a while you need it to be turbine PIC or it really doesn't matter. There is a point where turbine SIC in an ERJ or CRJ may be better than C-402 PIC time.

If you want to fly for the airlines, I'd go to Eagle, and then reassess your options after a couple years with the company.

If you want to fly boxes for major cargo carriers like UPS and FEDEX, your C-402 PIC time doesn't mean anything. It needs to be turbine PIC, so you'll need to leave your 402 job anyway to get turbine time.

If you want to fly charter/corporate, you can go either way, but bear in mind that many places want to see some turbine experience even for King Airs.

Up to you...

Good luck!

show me the money

I would say, where ever the money's at. So whenever your ready to move u'll have more saved up.

If your goal is to fly for an outfit in the Carribean, why wouldn't you just accept the offer at Eagle? Network from the inside out while flying the ATR all over that area and you'll have a better perspective of not only that company, but the companies surrounding it.

Ameriflight => the turbine PIC upgrade is quick. Or go to a Regional that does not have a 8 year upgrade. good luck.
