What bases allow you to hold a line right out of IOE?

DFW saab and SJU ATR would be as close as you could get to holding a line out of IOE.

if we had internet in our crew rooms and a 4 on 3 off schedule, i would bid standby in a heartbeat. internet is soon to be coming to ORD, i doubt the 4/3 schedule is anywhere near reality.

I got a line my second month at ORD, I would call that pretty close.
