For you AA guys & gals:

About how much (ballpark amount) would the lump sum retirement be if an AA pilot who has 25 years with AA was to retire today, at age 60? I'm not talking about someone who has flown the 777 for the last few years either..lets say the md80 or 737.

I'm sure the amount is based on the income one earns during the last years right before retirement.

Thanks!
