Do you need to list ahead of time?
What is the phone number?
Is San Juan considered International by your company?

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Make it easy for yourself..list, as this is the first thing the gate agent will ask. If you're listed, it will make for a lot less keystrokes for her and quicker as well.

trust me on this one, and I don't work at AA

ditto that...some agents will go into a long winded thing about how it isn't even possible for them to list you at the gate, ticket counter, sky cap check in, operations and so on and so forth.

I waited at the ticket counter in EGE for 30 minutes while 5 different agents tried to figure out how to list me. Their advice when it was finally done (they had to call IT), was to call that 800 number and tell them you need to be "meal listed" for a flight.

That was their explanation and I haven't jumpseated since then

regarding listing... we were told quite a few months ago that they DON'T want OAL jumpseaters to list anymore. take it for what it's worth.

always wondered why they refer to listing as Meal Listing. I haven't had a meal on an airliner in 10 years LOL
