Could anyone PM me the email for an American Chief pilot or Chicago Chief pilot. I would like to send in some comments on a certain flight.

Thanks.

Whatever happened to a call to pro-stands first? Or you really want to light this guy up?

I guess I neglected the possibility that it was a positive.

Dunno...worth a try? Doesn't seem fair to sell a Buick and deliver a KIA though. Not good for the industry either.

Based on my past experience, I would call pro-standards, and mention the perps name. I would ask if they have prior reports on this individual.

If the answer is no, I tell them what took place and let them handle the problem.

However, if they do know who that person is, and have had to make contact with that person in the past, then that would tell me I need to take this to a higher level.

It tells me they have tried and failed to change the behavior in question.

If pro-standards has tried and failed in the past, why give them another chance? Take it to the Chief...put it in their lap.

To the OP:

So common, what happened? Leave out the date and city pair if you want but it sounds like a good story.
