American Airlines Advertisement

Does American run its own advertising department or do they hire an outside firm. Anyone have any idea who the project for this latest TV ad - "more room throughout coach" and the one earlier - "proud to bear the name American" went to.

As a furloughee, I seem to remember hearing that these commercials are some of the most well received in AA's history. Don't quote me, but I think these commercials were produced by a famous ad agency that's been commissioned before. Most of the clips used were archived, but then reassembled as a collage for this current run of ads.
