Hello! This is my first post. I am getting ready to start flight training. I was wondering if anyone knows of a fair and resonable AME in the Orange County area of California. I don't know any pilots and I just don't want to get stuck with an AME who is looked down on by pilots. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Research my man

Search for Aviation Medical Examiner's on line. It should allow you to quickly find several in your area. Compare prices although most should not be more than $70.

If you need to ask someone at a local flight school or call the Flight Standards District Office nearest you. These are questions that your flight instructor or flight school should be helping you with. Save this forum for important questions like "who farted?" Just kidding good luck.
