AM radio guide

Two great ways to get radio stations.

#1. www.pilotshirts.com and buy the AM radio guide (fits in your Jepps)

#2. Google "Radio Disney". They have a great website that allows you to go state-by-state and get the radio Disney frequencies for each city -- most of them are high-powered stations. In fact, the NYC station can be received for hundreds of miles north and south of the city.

It'll take you some time to go state-by-state and write down the frequencies, but if you're like me and enjoy music while flying -- it's worth it!!

(the one true benefit to the Bose ANR headsets is crystal clear music quality!)

And Radio Disney Rocks! Nothing like shooting a visual with some Brittney Spears playing!

Crystal clear AM???!!!! Sign me up. IMO the only thing AM is good for is news and football games.

Radio Disney is good for 2 weeks. After you've heard the same 7 tunes 98 times, you want to hang yourself. Try the other links they gave you...

in MKE area there is 620, 1130, 670 the score, espn 1000 the last two are in chicago.

Anyone know where i can pick up art bell? I need a new tinfoil hat.

Don't forget espn.com for their espn radio listings.

I also go to the websites of all my favorite sport teams, and they usually have a radio network listing.

Definitely get your hands on an Acu-Qwik (or however that's speeled). The directory in that even gives you the type of programming a given station has. That way you don't listen to five minutes of commercials only to find out that it's a bible thumper droning on and on about whatever, or the "highlights" of the latest Redneck 500. :)
