"Alteon Training, formerly FlightSafetyBoeing, enjoys the position as the world's largest and most comprehensive provider of airline training, as well as being the official training provider for Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group. We currently have vacancies for part-time Fokker 100 flight simulator instructors at our Miami Training Center. For information about the company, please visit our web site.

Simulator Instructors:
Will train students utilizing the classroom and/or flight training devices/simulators. We are seeking applicants who have flown the Fokker 100 aircraft, with airline instructional experience in an airplane and/or full flight simulator and prefer pilots with more than 1000 hours PIC of a commercial jet transport. Applicants must possess the appropriate FAA license(s). FAA medical not required; FAA age restrictions do not apply, retired persons are encouraged to send an application. Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and position is subject to periodic drug testing.

How long is Alteon going to leave the simulator in Miami? The only US customer is one lonely corporate operator that sends only a handfull of pilots to train there each year....otherwise it's airlines from the Latin American countries.

By the way, do you need to speak spanish to also qualify for the job?

Alteon is placing a bid for the JetsGo training, JetsGo just bought 15 F100's from American.

Just looked at their website and it looks like 18 in steerage class......ouch:eek:

Maybe the requirement should be french:D instead.
