I saw on climbto350 they have openings for co-pilots. I did a search on Alpha found some good information, I'd just like an update.

How many hours flying do pilots average per month/year?

Will they take someone who doesn't live in the NE but is willing to relocate?

Is upgrade seniority based? hours? how long? etc

Thanks for your time

I'd stay away. They went from a good idea to working their arses off for not much money. And BTW, upgrade is NOT seniority at all. It's at management discression.

80-90% of the pilots I know there would go to a jet job in a heartbeat. That said, if a relatively inexperienced pilot wants to get some good cross-country time and build some hours, not such a bad job. The contract they have in place for FO's is pretty laughable though.

Mr. I.

The FO contract thing is rather new. They didn't have that back in the day. You can't be held to an employment contract legally in NH anyways. "Live free or die."

I Love that State!

Sounds like a good place to get some EFIS and "real world" experience as a fresh FO for a few years and then move on to the regionals or an SIC Citation job somewhere else. A few years tooling around the East Coast in a Pilatus would be some good experience if you are a young pilot in my opinion. You are bound to improve your skills if you are flying in and out of TEB and grass/short strips.
